What can I expect from Mundo Pixar Barcelona?
Visit Pixar's largest immersive exhibit where you can step into the sets of some of your favorite movies such as Toy Story, Coco, Up, Finding Nemo or Inside Out.
Where is the experience located?
The experience is located in the outdoor parking lot of the Westfield La Maquinista Shopping Center.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place in an air-conditioned tent.
How long does the experience last?
To give you an estimate, people usually spend approximately 55-65 minutes in this experience.
Are you allowed to eat, drink and/or smoke inside?
Eating, drinking and smoking inside the exhibition are not permitted.
Is there parking available?
The nearest car park is at Westfield La Maquinista. Check the conditions on the shopping centre's website.
Will there be merchandising for sale?
Yes! Merchandising will be available for sale in the tent at the end of the course.
The Tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Can I buy tickets on the door?
There is a box office at the venue. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we recommend you book your tickets in advance. You can buy tickets on the Fever app and also on the
Fever website.
Which tickets are available at a reduced price?
The following groups will be able to enjoy their ticket at a reduced price: 2 adults and 2 minors (4 tickets pack), people with functional diversity and their companion (maximum 1), students, seniors over 65 years old and youths under 18 years old. Supporting documentation will be requested for each group.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app itself. Please contact us if you need additional assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app. You can bring your printed ticket if you want.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please
contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience. In this case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our
Terms and Conditions.
Can I change the time or date of my ticket?

contact us indicating your ticket ID. This change will be made excluding handling fees.
In what cases can I ask for a refund of the tickets?
11/2009, of July 6, 2009, on the administrative regulation of public shows and recreational activities: the organizers have the right to return to the users or spectators the amount they paid if the show or activity is suspended or modified in an essential way, and to attend the claims for this reason that are appropriate, in accordance with the applicable legislation, except in those cases in which it has been announced to each of the users or spectators, expressly and clearly, that the organizers or owners reserve the right to modify the programming, or in the cases in which the suspension or modification occurs once the show or activity has begun and is due to fortuitous causes or force majeure.

Access to the Event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
You can enter up to 30 minutes after the time for which you have purchased your ticket, neither before nor after.
What time does the venue close?
The site closes 1 hour and a half after the beginning of the last hour of access.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Please note that dogs (even on a leash) and other animals are not allowed on the premises. Officially registered assistance dogs (guide dogs, etc.) are of course excluded.
Is the site accessible?
Yes, the event is accessible to people with reduced mobility through ramped entrances.
Do you offer tickets for carers accompanying people with disabilities?
Visitors who need assistance during this experience will need to purchase online another reduced-price ticket for their companion. At the entrance simply show proof that you need a companion for the ticket to be valid.
Is the experience accessible to people who are deaf or visually impaired?
Yes, both deaf and visually impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will not include strobe lights.
Are chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is an experience where there is a set route, but if you feel tired, you can ask for assistance to be taken to a resting place.
Are restrooms available on the premises?
Yes, the site has restrooms; ask our staff for directions.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
Do not hesitate to take pictures and share them. When taking pictures, be sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found?
We recommend asking the on-site staff if they have found your belongings. If you are unable to ask them on site, please contact the staff.
Is it possible to access with strollers?
No baby strollers, suitcases or other bulky objects will be allowed on the tour. However, with the purchase of a ticket for a child under 3 years of age, stroller parking is included.
Is checkroom service available?
This experience will have a checkroom service. The price per garment is €2.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience. Everyone must purchase a ticket to gain access. Parking for the baby stroller is included with the purchase of a ticket for a child under 3 years of age. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Is it possible to access with backpacks or other packages?
Access is only possible with small bags containing personal belongings and backpacks no larger than 40x30cm. People entering with small backpacks must carry them on the front of their bodies throughout the visit, to avoid damaging the exhibition and disturbing other visitors.
To guarantee the maintenance of the exhibition and to make your visit much more comfortable, backpacks and bags that exceed the established measurements must be deposited in the cloakroom (€2).
Can I access with a motorbike helmet?
It will not be possible to enter with a motorbike helmet in order to avoid damaging the exhibition and disturbing other visitors.
