What can I expect from Mundo Pixar Brussels?
Visit Pixar's largest immersive exhibition, where you can immerse yourself in the sets of some of your favorite films, including Toy Story, Coco, Up, Finding Nemo and more.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place in a heated tent.
How long does the experience last?
Visitors spend around 55-65 minutes in this experience.
Can we eat, drink and/or smoke indoors?
Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside the exhibition.
Is parking available?
The nearest parking lot is at Westfield La Maquinista. Check conditions on the mall's website.
Will there be merchandising for sale?
Yes, there will be merchandising for sale in the boutique at the end of the course.
About the Tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Can I buy tickets on the site?
A box office is available on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we recommend you get your tickets in advance. You can buy tickets on the Fever app and on the
Fever website.
Which tickets are discounted?
Persons or groups eligible for a reduced rate are: 2 adults and 2 minors (pack of 4 tickets), disabled people and their carer (maximum 1), students, over-65s and minors under 18. Supporting documentation will be required for each group.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as simple as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please
contact us if you need further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your tickets will be validated directly in the Fever application. However, you can bring your printed ticket with you if you wish.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever application, in the “Tickets” section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Don't forget to log in with the same account you used to buy your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please
contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the change policy?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience. In this case, please

Can I change the time or date of my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience. In this case, please
contact us with your ticket ID. This change will be made without including management fees.
When can I request a ticket refund?
According to law 11/2009 of July 6, which regulates public shows and recreational activities, organizers are required to reimburse users or spectators the amount they have paid when the show or activity is suspended or undergoes substantial changes. They must also respond to appropriate claims in accordance with applicable legal provisions. This obligation does not apply when users or spectators have been explicitly and clearly informed in advance that the organizers reserve the right to modify the program. Similarly, no refunds are due when the suspension or modification occurs after the start of the show or activity and is the result of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

About Access to the Event
Do I have to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
You can access the event up to 30 minutes after your allotted time.
What time does the site close?
The site closes one and a half hours after the start of the last hour of access.
Can I bring my pets? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Please note that dogs (even on a leash) and other animals are not permitted inside the site. Officially registered assistance dogs (guide dogs, etc.) are, of course, an exception.
Is the site accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is accessible to people with reduced mobility, thanks to entrances equipped with access ramps.
Do you offer tickets for people accompanying disabled people?
Visitors requiring assistance during this experience will need to purchase another reduced-rate ticket for their carer online. At the entrance, simply show a receipt certifying the need for an attendant for the ticket to be valid.
Is the experience accessible to the deaf and visually impaired?
Yes, both the deaf and hard-of-hearing as well as the blind and partially-sighted can enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event does not include strobe lights.
Are chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is an experience for which there is a signposted route, but if you're feeling tired, you can ask for help to be taken to a rest area.
Are there toilets available on site?
Yes, the site has toilets; ask our staff for directions.
Can I take photos or film the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please ensure that you do not disturb other visitors. The use of professional equipment or tripods is not permitted.
Is there a lost and found office?
We recommend that you ask the site staff if they have found your belongings. If you can't ask them on site, please contact the staff.
Can strollers access the event?
You will not be able to access the course with strollers, suitcases or other bulky objects. However, with the purchase of a ticket for a child under 3, stroller parking is included.
Is a checkroom service available?
This experience will include a checkroom service. The price per item is €2.
Is there an age limit?
All ages are welcome at this experience. Everyone must purchase a ticket to gain access. When purchasing a ticket for a child under 3, parking for the child's stroller is included. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Is it possible to carry backpacks or other luggage?
Access is only permitted with small bags containing personal belongings and backpacks no larger than 40x30cm. Visitors carrying small backpacks must wear them on the front of their body throughout the entire visit to avoid damaging the exhibition and disturbing other guests. To ensure the preservation of the exhibition and enhance your visit, any backpacks or bags exceeding the specified dimensions must be left in the checkroom (€2).
Is access with motorcycle helmets possible?
Motorcycle helmets are not allowed inside to prevent damage to the exhibition and avoid disturbing other visitors. To help preserve the exhibition and make your visit more comfortable, motorcycle helmets must be left in the checkroom (€2).
