A representative of the organization must register above in order to purchase tickets for the school or group.

Your registration will give you access to a private customer portal, where you can log in with your username and password. From this area you will be able to check the status, modify and pay for your reservations.

Instructions
The purchase of tickets will always be made through a registered user. Your registration will also allow you to access the private customer area, identifying yourself with your username and password. From this area you will be able to:

• Check the status of your purchases.
• Modify your reservations (as long as the payment has not been processed).
• Pay for your reservations.
• Reprint the issuance notes. Payment for the reservation must be made 7 days before the visit, otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Tickets can be purchased between 7 days and 24 hours before the visit, but in this case no reservations can be made and tickets must be paid for on the spot.

The minimum number of people per group is 10.

Only 8 reservations can be made per visit per day.

Proof of reservation is required on the day of the visit.

For those who paid for the full amount of the purchase, an attached issue note in PDF format will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Only those that have made a reservation will receive a confirmation e-mail.
