What can I expect from Mundo Pixar Experience Seoul?

Step into the world of Pixar like never before, where you can step into the sets of some of your favorite movies, such as Toy Story, Coco, Up, Finding Nemo or Inside Out.

Where is the experience located?

The experience is located in 71, Gosanja-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea 04771.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place in an air-conditioned indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

Visitors usually spend approximately 55-65 minutes in this experience.

Are you allowed to eat, drink, and/or smoke inside?

Eating, drinking and smoking inside the exhibition are not permitted.

Is there parking available?

A public parking lot is located at the venue.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes! Merchandising will be available for sale at the venue.

Where can I get tickets?

Tickets are available on the official website, as well as on YES24, NAVER, Ticket Link, INTERPARK, and FEVER.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

There is a box office at the venue. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we recommend you book your tickets in advance. You can buy tickets on the official website.

Are there tickets available at a reduced price?

Yes, discounted tickets will be available for the following groups. If you qualify for any of these discounts, be sure to check for special pricing when purchasing your tickets

Access to the Event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

You can enter up to 30 minutes after your allotted slot (selected at the time of purchase).

What time does the venue close?

The site closes 1 hour after the beginning of the last hour of access.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Please note that dogs (even on a leash) and other animals are not allowed on the premises. Officially registered assistance dogs (guide dogs, etc.) are allowed.

Is the experience accessible to people who are deaf or visually impaired?

Yes, both deaf and visually-impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event will not include strobe lights.

Are chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

The experience has a set route, but if you feel tired, you can ask for assistance to be taken somewhere to rest.

Are restrooms available on the premises?

Yes, the site has restrooms; ask our staff for directions.

Can I take pictures or record the experience?

Do not hesitate to take pictures and share them. When taking pictures, be sure not to disturb other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.

Is there a lost and found?

We recommend asking the on-site staff if they have found your belongings.

Is a coat check available?

A paid item storage service is available at the venue. Please make sure to store valuables separately, as the organizer is not responsible for any lost items.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome to visit the exhibition. Children aged 3 and above require a ticket for admission. Strollers should be stored in the designated area before entering the venue.

Is there a sensory room available at the venue?

Mundo Pixar is an exhibition designed to be accessible for individuals with motor, visual, auditory, and neurodivergent disabilities. Each room features detailed audio guides and Korean Sign Language videos accessible via QR codes. Additionally, a specially designated sensory-friendly zone is available in the lobby area for guests who may be sensitive to lights and sounds

Is it possible to access the experience with backpacks or other bags?

Only small backpacks under 15x22cm are allowed inside the exhibition.
